Messier 15 / Great Pegasus Cluster

M15 (Great Pegasus Cluster) is located within the Pegasus constellation. It is about 35700 lightyears from Earth. It’s one of the oldest known globular clusters at about 12.5±1.3 billion years old. The cluster contains over 100,000 stars. It also features a planetary nebula known as Pease 1, which is one of the very few planetary nebulae discovered within a globular cluster.
